Lately I have been struggling to hide the “dark circles” under my eyes. However, since I’m not a big fan of make-up, it’s a little harder for me to do so. Now, we all know buying cream products and make-up can be expensive. But, I found some homemade remedies that really worked for me. Enough of spending tons of money, ladies! I’m sure you’ve heard of this one before, but it works, too! Cut a few fresh pieces of cucumber and place them on your eyes for about 15minutes, preferably in the morning.
Did you know that vitamin K can lighten dark circle in the eyes orbital area? Yes, its true. Not only that, it also helps with aging! You dont have to purchase a bottle of vitamin K to get these results. There is plenty of green leaf-like food you can add to your daily diet that contain vitamin K such as: spinach, broccoli, avocado, lentils (my favorite), cucumbers, Kale and peas. These might not sound too fun, but as long as you get rid of those dark circles, you’re all-set!
